Here are the Top 5 worst things when it comes to a keto diet: #1 - Eating The Wrong, Unhealthy Fats While the upside of this plan is the increased fat intake, the downside is that many people actually end up eating a lot of highly saturated animal fats or dairy-based fat, like cheese.
